Hello!
We have a document here that covers steps to take if your AWS Portal Slave is not getting a license.
For other AWS troubleshooting you can take a look at the section in the docs that covers common problems:
https://docs.thinkboxsoftware.com/products/deadline/10.0/1_User%20Manual/index.html#troubleshooting
Let me know if you are still running into licensing issues after taking a look at the troubleshooting document.
Regards,
Charles
Hi Charles,
I have done settings as per document but still same license issue.
Attached all the screen shots errors i am getting .
Would be good if you point me to right direction to resolve this.
Thanks for support… appreciated…
HI Charles
Please ignore the 1st screen shot this issue already been resolved by adding UNC path to Repository.
In Deadline Monitor screen shot i have marked the slave in Red .
In the AWS Portal Setting you need to change the ports for your Thinkbox License server to 27008 and 2708. Once you have done this restart the Spot fleet. By default those are the ports the license server will listen on. I’ll see if we can get those set to 27008 and 2708 by default to avoid this issue.
OK Charles
Will do this changes and update you the status …
What about the asset server issues ?
Screen shot is share with you …
Please guide
Thanks
